Pencil flat iron

Was looking to use the item and never received. It was told that it was sent to me, but I never received it so I just canceled the order and that you guys were still trying to say it was sent to my address I ordered before from you never had this problem.

So far it’s been amazing! Works beautifully, both sides are flush with eachother, and it heats up to a perfect temperature without burning the hair. 10/10 recommend
